The drug that could save his life is on its way, but if Ren transforms into Ultraman before it arrives, he won’t live long enough to take it. Complicating matters is the fact that the Unknown Hand has created a deadly new Space Beast.

The astonishing true identity of the Unknown Hand has been revealed. As Shiori is shot, danger looms over the Komon. Furthermore, the Unknown Hand transforms back into the dark giant "Dark Zagi".
