Episode guide
Diana's ( Nicole Espinoza ) revenge begins to take shape, as she attends a job interview to be the occupational therapist for Olivia ( Violeta Silva ), the young daughter of Clemente Walker ( Pipo Gormaz ), who is part of the autism spectrum. The connection between the two is almost immediate, which makes Clemente and Bernardita (Catalina Guerra) very happy .
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) informed Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) that although she was the best therapist he interviewed, she will be on a "trial period" for two weeks before she definitively wins the job. Furthermore, things are not going well at the Walker Group company, as investors continue to withdraw from the project, which unleashes the fury of Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), who blames his children for the business failures.
Ramiro ( Ricardo Vergara ) doesn't understand why Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) is lying about her work with the Walker family. After a brief investigation, he decided to find out firsthand everything that had happened in his girlfriend's past. Gloria ( Francisca Gavilán ) revealed to him the therapist's dark theory about her mother's death and how the powerful business clan was involved.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) finally gets to know the Walker house, since Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) organized a family meeting, which she attended as Olivia 's ( Violeta Silva ) therapist. On the other hand, the Walker house is also the setting for the first encounter between Diana and Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ), whose relationship begins to take root.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) had a difficult day trying to hide from Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) at Clemente's house. Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) was surprised to see her agitated, and Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) also noticed her nervousness. However, she was lucky and wasn't seen by her cousin. This could have ruined her plans if Gloria ( Francisca Gavilán ) had found out.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) got the reservation at the hotel and, once in his bedroom, began to look at the photos of Mariana ( Catalina Stuardo ). Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ) surprised him and demanded an explanation for his lack of discretion. This isn't the first time her husband has been unfaithful, and although she's chosen to look the other way, that doesn't mean she's unaware.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) learned that the Walkers keep many pictures of Luis Emilio's ( Alejandro Trejo ) birthday because it coincides with the company's anniversary. On Clemente's ( Pipo Gormaz ) tablet, he found photos from a decade ago. His mother appeared in one shortly before her death, and upon seeing it, he couldn't help but become emotional, but he tried to hide his tears when his boss noticed.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) convinced Mariana ( Catalina Stuardo ) to go up to the hotel room because there were some documents to sign there. Taking advantage of her vulnerability due to alcohol, his position of power, and the significant "favors" he had done for his secretary in the past, Walker hinted that he had something in mind for her to reciprocate .
Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) did not return to the company and Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) was very worried about him. The Walkers know that when he's in trouble, he seeks solace in alcohol, but his long absence worried Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ) a great deal. Jessica's call to Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) further heightened their concern, and they began actively searching for him.
Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) received a call from a journalist very interested in covering the Los Almendrales project being developed by the Walker Group. Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was very astute and summoned the professional to find out what he really wanted, and his instinct was right. It was Ramiro ( Ricardo Vergara ), who, under the guise of a report, would investigate the death of Diana's ( Nicole Espinoza ) mother .
Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) has a tense conversation with Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) and ends up treating her very badly. Meanwhile, Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) confides in Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) about the problems she is having with Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) and Karina gives her valuable advice.
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) arrives unexpectedly at Diana 's ( Nicole Espinoza ) house. In that sense, he offers her a job she can't "refuse," about a foundation for children with special needs, and that is looking for a therapist to take charge. Although it seems like a good opportunity for Diana, Vanessa's true intentions are to completely separate her from her boyfriend, Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ). Will she accept?
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) receives some documents from Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) and discovers that he has received a new job offer. The occupational therapist tells her boss that there is nothing to worry about, but he remains concerned. Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) highlights the interview his eldest son gave and tells him that Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) will be in charge of preparing him in a less formal way for the media, news that surprises the couple.
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) and Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) have a private encounter and just as they are kissing, Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) arrives and knocks on the door. Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ) enters the Walker company office and sees Mariana ( Catalina Stuardo ) leaving Luis Emilio's ( Alejandro Trejo ) office , a situation she doesn't like at all.
It is Bernardita's ( Catalina Guerra ) birthday , and despite all of Luis Emilio's ( Alejandro Trejo ) efforts to make her forget what she saw in his office, his wife is still furious and disappointed after discovering the secretary Mariana ( Catalina Stuardo ) there, which has her completely upset and disgusted. Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) is invited to the birthday party because Olivia values her deeply and she feels more comfortable around her. However, Diana can't stop thinking that her boss, Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ), might be involved in her mother's death, a thought that constantly haunts her.
Bernardita's ( Catalina Guerra ) birthday party was an eventful occasion, as the birthday girl fainted when she blew out the candles. Everyone gathered around her, but it was Diana's ( Nicole Espinoza ) timely intervention that calmed the situation. She helped the homeowner and earned the sincere gratitude of all the Walkers, except for Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ).
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) and Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) remember how they met, a situation that generates a new romantic encounter between them. Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) notices that Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) is worried about his mother and takes it upon himself to tell him that he was the one responsible for the breakdown she had.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) confesses to Gloria ( Francisca Gavilán ) that Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) confuses her, but only so that he will stop bothering her. Ramiro ( Ricardo Vergara ) overhears everything and asks his girlfriend for an explanation, and he ends up answering a call from the businessman, who asks him not to bother the therapist on the weekend.
Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) visits a doctor friend of his family, who gives him a medication to terminate Monse's (Cate Cecarrelli) pregnancy. Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) reveals to Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) that he thinks Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was unfaithful to Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ). The young man tells his older brother that when he was little he saw his father with the secretary in a rather affectionate, but confusing situation.
The drawing classes between Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) and Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) allowed for a closer relationship between teacher and student. The younger Walker noticed the artist's intense gaze, a moment Karina seized to compliment Nacha's beautiful eyes. The two looked at each other, momentarily forgetting their lesson.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) is against the ropes, since everything indicates that the audience was favorable for Pepa ( Katyna Huberman ) and she will be the one who will stay with Olivia ( Violeta Silva ). During the hearing, Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) gave a beautiful speech in defense of Clemente, and Olivia expressed her intention to stay by her father's side, but this did not seem to be enough for the judge.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) accepted the new conditions proposed by Pepa ( Katyna Huberman ), who finally had a gesture of compassion and gave him the opportunity to take over the legal guardianship of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ). When the little girl's grandmother is moved to see father and daughter embracing, she tells Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) that perhaps she was wrong about her. However, she reiterates that she will have to stay away from the minor for her own good and prove her father's innocence in the future.
The relationship between Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) and Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) finally breaks down. And after Rocío 's (María Jesús Miranda) statement , where she claims that Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) pressured her to lie and make accusations against her that put her at risk of going to jail, Luis Emilio arrives at Nacha's house to discuss what happened.
Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) ends her relationship with Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) after being blackmailed by Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ). Everything happens after Diana 's cousin ( Nicole Espinoza ) arrives at her apartment, where she tells her that she avoided going to jail thanks to her father's intervention in exchange for both of them staying away from each other permanently.
Prosecutor Montes ( Susana Hidalgo ) obtains the necessary evidence to accuse Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ) of being involved in the murder of Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ). However, this evidence is not strong enough to prove his guilt, only that he was present at the scene of the crime.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) appears in the office of prosecutor Montes ( Susana Hidalgo ) to prevent her from continuing with the investigation of Bernardita's ( Catalina Guerra ) death. Specifically, the businessman wants the investigation to continue with Raúl ( César Caillet ) and not expose the corruption he has with Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ).
Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ) visits Raúl ( César Caillet ) in jail to blackmail him. The sub-prefect tells her that Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) will be in danger if she does not comply with what they want. Later, when his daughter arrives at the prison, Raúl assures her that he is guilty of Bernardita's ( Catalina Guerra ) death and that the police already have his signed confession.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) gives a speech to the media where he celebrates the confession of Raúl Guerrero ( César Caillet ). Diana 's father ( Nicole Espinoza ) admitted to killing Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ), which closes the case of Mrs. Vial's murder and leaves Luis Emilio as a husband committed to the investigation.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) and Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) accept their defeat against Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), and thus end their relationship. Clemente wanted to continue with this relationship, but Diana says that it's not living to be seeing each other in secret from the justice system so that he doesn't lose his legal guardianship of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ).
A two-year jump in the story surprises with new relationships and conflicts. Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) is in a new job and in a happy relationship with Gabriel (Matías Oviedo), who wants to take things further with the therapist by inviting her to live together. The same is true for Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and Montes ( Susana Hidalgo ), whose romance is becoming increasingly serious. They also celebrate the recent promotion of the prosecutor, who remains under the orders of Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), against her will.
Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) returns to Chile and reunites with his brothers, thus experiencing a special moment with them. The young man explains that in the end they could not prove that he tried to kill Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), so he has the possibility of returning to Chile and spending time with his family.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) is saved from being attacked by Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) after Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ) appears from behind and hits the manager. As a result, the businessman once again takes control of Omar, assuring him that he will not kill him, since he is more useful to him alive than dead , and warns him that if his transgressions continue, what happened with Vanessa will also continue.
Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) arrives at Clemente 's ( Pipo Gormaz ) house to tell the whole truth about Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ). Clemente sees Omar at his front door and doesn't want to listen to him; however, the executive insists that he needs to tell his story and get everything he knows out of his mind.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) continues to tell Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) the truth about Angela's death . Clemente tells Diana that Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) came to his house and revealed absolutely everything that has happened in these years, since he is fed up with Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) and wants him to pay.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) begins to put together the puzzle to bring Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) to justice. Therefore, Clemente promises Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) that her father will pay for all his crimes, at which point Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) enters the house and sees the situation, learning all the details.
Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) sits in front of prosecutor Santibáñez ( Claudio Ravanal ) and confesses all his crimes. And not only that, the executive delivers exclusive information about the threats, bribes, lies, abuses and extortions that Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) committed over the years, becoming involved in the deaths of Ángela and Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ).
Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) arrives at Bastián 's ( Alonso Quintero ) apartment and makes a shocking confession. Specifically, the young woman arrives at the beginning to talk about a specific topic, and that is that she did not want Bastian to think that she had something against him.
Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) introduces himself to Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), but it was all a trap, since Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ) is also in the office. The businessman asks Omar for explanations about his meetings with Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ), and although he initially refuses, after seeing that Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) was being held by Felix (Matias Schudeck), he begins to doubt his options.
Omar ( César Sepúlveda ) is kidnapped by Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), who begins to review the years they have spent together as accomplices. It was during this conversation that Luis Emilio placed a pistol very close to Omar, who didn't hesitate to pick it up, point it at him, and fire. However, the gun was unloaded , as it was a test the businessman was conducting to see how to react.
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) managed to be rescued in time by Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ), Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and Santana ( Matías Oviedo ), but they still had to find Omar (César Sepulveda), who disappeared after going to the offices of the Walker Group . The anxiety was palpable because they knew the great danger Droguett was in. Following the location of his phone, Gabriel and the therapist went in search of him, but without success.
The police found a vehicle and a deceased person inside matching the description of Omar Droguett ( César Sepúlveda ). Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) found out and rushed to the scene, bursting into tears: it was him. Distraught, she confessed to Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) how guilty she felt about the whole situation. She hurt Omar so much that she realized, too late, that no one would ever love her like he did.
Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) broke down upon learning the extent of his father's evil. He caused the death of Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ), but two years after the tragedy, he remains unpunished. Thinking that justice would never come, he took a letter opener from Luis Emilio's ( Alejandro Trejo ) office, ready to cut out the root of it all , until his brothers brought him to his senses.
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) and the Walker brothers attended Omar 's ( César Sepúlveda ) funeral, but what should have been a moment of solemnity and reflection was ruined by the presence of Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ). The businessman approached the journalist to make one point clear: if she leaves him and betrays him, she will suffer the same fate as Droguett.
Gloria ( Francisca Gavilán ) duct-taped Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) and then woke him up. Her plan was to force him to confess to the deaths of Ángela (Ana Domínguez) and Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ). The businessman, despite being in a difficult situation, denied responsibility and exhausted the hairdresser's patience. In a brutal act of revenge, she choked him to make him reconsider and talk.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was freed by Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and profusely thanked his eldest son for saving him. However, this harrowing experience didn't change him; instead, it intensified his cruelty. When he was left alone, he summoned Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ) to give him an immediate order: to eliminate the entire Guerrero family, including Samuel ( Simón Beltrán ) despite being his own blood relatives.
Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) is not willing to let Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) throw away everything she has achieved. He is not willing to separate, nor will he allow Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) to be imprisoned, and he told his wife so in a threatening tone.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) lost control and ordered the massacre of the Guerrero family, despite the warnings of sub-prefect Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ). Two trusted thugs tried to sneak into Gloria's ( Francisca Gavilán ) house, coming face to face with an armed Santana ( Matías Oviedo ) ready to shoot.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) unexpectedly arrives at Vanessa 's ( Begoña Basauri ) apartment , where she was with Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ). Precisely during this conversation, Vanessa gets tired of Luis Emilio's manipulations and deceptions and confronts him in front of Jessica, who ends up collapsing after the journalist expels the businessman from her home.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) silenced all the potential accusers by offering them money. He thought he had the situation under control, until Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) intervened. His daughter made a video in which she exposed the threats she has received from her father and the danger that she, her family and the Guerreros could face because of him.
Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) found out who owned the car that parked in front of the Guerreros' house. It was probably one of the men who tried to attack Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) and her family. Armed with the information, Santana and the therapist searched for Félix (Matías Schudeck), not expecting an ambush. The two ended up kidnapped by the duo of thugs working for Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ).
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) and Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) bravely declared everything that happened to them at the hands of Luis Emilio Walker ( Alejandro Trejo ), but the businessman had his card up his sleeve. He also spoke before prosecutor Santibáñez ( Claudio Ravanal ), discrediting each of the facts and adding false witnesses about how those two women supposedly tried to seduce him and ruin his reputation.
Renata ( Susana Hidalgo ) was threatened with her son's safety two years ago. That fear persisted, which is why she refused to participate in the collective complaint that Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) and Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) were preparing. Shortly afterward, the prosecutor reconsidered and changed her mind. She even traveled to Argentina to find the key person in the murder of Bernardita Vial ( Catalina Guerra ).
New testimonies were added against Luis Emilio Walker ( Alejandro Trejo ), but the prosecution knows that the person who can bring down the businessman definitively is Héctor Burgos ( Juan Carlos Cáceres ). Knowing the control he had over the police, Santana ( Matías Oviedo ) was allowed to return to his old position so that he could lead the arrest of the sub-prefect.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) finds himself cornered and decides to escape the country, but not before being intercepted by Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) and Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ). Thus, taking advantage of Diana's carelessness, Luis Emilio takes her hostage and uses her to reach his vehicle and try to escape, without Clemente interfering in his departure from the country.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was formally charged and there was no way out. The seriousness and number of crimes he was accused of led the judge to order his immediate imprisonment. Despite claiming privileges due to his family name, the businessman experienced harsh treatment in prison. Meanwhile, Raúl ( César Caillet ) was able to taste freedom after being unjustly imprisoned for two years.
Raúl ( César Caillet ) saw the light of day again. Two years in prison had made him lose all hope, but the arrest of Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) changed his luck. Outside the prison, his entire family was waiting to give him a tight hug, while he thanked them for their support, even in the darkest moments.
Luis Emilio's lawyer ( Alejandro Trejo ) was sure he had bribed the judges who would rule that same afternoon on the businessman's innocence or guilt. With extensive press coverage and Walker's main victims in the audience, the prosecution and defense clashed in their closing arguments. In this context, Nicolás Santibáñez ( Claudio Ravanal ) called on the judges to set a precedent: not to allow a powerful man to go unpunished, because justice must be equal for all.
Olivia ( Violeta Silva ) reveals to Clemente ( Francisco Gormaz ) that Nicole ( Nicole Espinoza ) will leave the next day for Valdivia to start a new life, news that leaves him completely taken aback. On the other hand, Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) meets with Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) to tell her that she finally managed to end her marriage with Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ).
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) is forbidden from contacting the police about the kidnapping of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ), so his only alternative was to ask Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) for help. Desperate, he left his house, but soon realized a motorcyclist in black was following him closely. Fearing for his daughter's life, Walker lost his pursuer by entering his company's parking lot and switching vehicles.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) is under immense pressure. If he makes a wrong move, Olivia ( Violeta Silva ) could be in serious danger. That's why, once she received some instructions from the kidnapper regarding the ransom and was able to hear her daughter's voice on the phone, she felt both relief and renewed worry. At least she's alive, but is she alright?
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) went to the parking lot indicated by the kidnapper. A car with tinted windows pulled up, and he placed the bag of money in the trunk, but there was no sign of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ). Desperate, the father contacted the kidnapper, who made it clear that Walker himself was the first to break the terms of the agreement by calling the police. Taking the girl was never about money, but about getting revenge on Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ).
The kidnapper's possible revenge against Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) opened an unexpected angle for Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and Santana ( Matías Oviedo ). Considering the number of atrocities the businessman committed over the years, hundreds of people could have sufficient motives to kidnap Olivia ( Violeta Silva ), making the investigation a titanic task.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) visited Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) in jail to ask for his help in finding his daughter's kidnapper. The businessman was surprised by the news but promised to uncover the kidnapper's identity. Even with her father's support, the hours passed without any news of the girl and Clemente lost patience.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) received a call from his father from jail because he had something urgent to tell him about the kidnapping of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ). In the visiting room, the businessman recalled an old partner who introduced him to the business world and whom he had ruthlessly betrayed. He is his prime suspect, but to find out more, he needs to be free, and if Renata ( Susana Hidalgo ) recants her statement, he might just achieve that.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) confronts Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), who told him that if he wants to get Olivia ( Violeta Silva ) back he must help him get out of jail. Thanks to this statement, Clemente infers that his father is involved in his daughter's kidnapping, so when Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ), Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) and Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) try to offer their help, the businessman rejects it, since he does not want any more victims of his father.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) distanced Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) and Santana ( Matías Oviedo ) because he wants to continue alone in the search for his daughter. However, as the days passed, desperation took its toll on his sanity and he decided to take extreme measures to get Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) to reveal Olivia's ( Violeta Silva ) whereabouts .
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) lost his temper with his father and pressed on his eyes to force him to talk. He's almost certain that Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) planned Olivia's ( Violeta Silva ) kidnapping , but he couldn't get anything out of it because Santana ( Matías Oviedo ) intervened. The businessman's eyeball was seriously damaged and the prison doctor could not guarantee that he would recover his sight.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) tells his brothers that Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) is the one behind the kidnapping of Olivia ( Violeta Silva ). Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) and Nacha ( Cota Castelblanco ) are initially incredulous that their father would do something like that to his own granddaughter , despite how evil he is. However, at that moment, a video arrives on Clemente's cell phone, making it clear that the little girl is in serious danger.
Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) learned of his father's contact with Lalo Acosta (Jorge Denegri). Convinced that the lawyer was part of the network that kidnapped his daughter, he went to meet him in a parking lot. Faced with the confrontation, Acosta called Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) for help, and on the other end of the line, this enigmatic man heard everything... even a warning shot.
Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) returned to her mother's house looking dejected. Her encounter with Christian ( Juan José Gurruchaga ) raised many questions for her because her father insisted that he had tried to contact her in the past. Gloria ( Francisca Gavilán ) had the answers and confirmed that it was true. Christian wanted to see her, but she prevented it because her ex was surrounded by drugs, and she didn't want her daughter near him.
Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) was responsible for the anonymous emails that damaged Grupo Vial's reputation with the press. His plan was to seize control of the company by undermining its top management, but he failed. Nacha ( Cota Castelblanco ) said she would not report him to the executive committee if he stopped his request for custody of Berni , but Undurraga refused to give up.
Barraza ( Emilio Edwards ) arrives at Vanessa's ( Begoña Basauri ) house and, faced with her constant doubts, decides to tell her his truth. Franco reveals to the journalist that the man he murdered, for which he served a prison sentence, was the one who killed and abused his wife, who was also a police officer.
Joaquín's lawyer ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) launched a scathing attack against Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ), emphasizing her questionable use of anti-anxiety medication and her bouts of depression . If something like that were to happen again, would she be able to care for her daughter? Nacha didn't deny going through a dark period in her past, but stated it was due to the traumatic death of her mother. She insisted that something like that hasn't happened again and that dealing with mental health issues doesn't disqualify someone from being a mother. Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ) lived for years immersed in sadness, and yet she is her greatest example : no one has ever been more loving and devoted to her children than she was to them.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) told Samuel ( Simón Beltrán ) that he had an intense love affair with Ángela (Ana Domínguez). The autographed photo was proof of this. The teenager couldn't believe it, but Walker was persuasive and pointed out that the murder accusations were false. Omar Droguett ( César Sepúlveda ) had unjustly accused him, when it was all an accident caused by Bernardita ( Catalina Guerra ).
Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) decided to reject the residence in Buenos Aires because Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) needed her in this difficult family moment. Christian ( Juan José Gurruchaga ) insisted she take the unique opportunity she was being given, but the young woman wouldn't budge. Her father was being pressured to make her leave the country, so he'll have to find another way to get her out of Luis Emilio's ( Alejandro Trejo ) way.
Hiding his identity, Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) managed to buy shares of the Vial Group and kept 51%, which guarantees him total control of executive decisions. While a board meeting was underway, Walker and Joaquín ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) entered triumphantly and announced that they were back in charge. One of their first decisions was to fire most of the board, including Joaquín's father, Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) , and Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ).
Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) could be detained for months while the drug trafficking investigation continues. Therefore, it's urgent that Christian ( Juan José Gurruchaga ) give his statement. The painter felt betrayed for believing in her father when so many people warned her against it. She thought this time would be different and they could have the relationship she had always wanted since childhood, but it wasn't. All she could do was cry on Ignacia's shoulder ( Cota Castelblanco ).
After Christian ( Juan José Gurruchaga ) fled, Karina ( Jacinta Rodríguez ) was left on the verge of being detained. Her only option for release was to accept the possession charges and negotiate a quick release. Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) felt relieved to have her back home, but her mood suddenly changed.
Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) made Mariana ( Catalina Stuardo ) leave the hotel, contravening the orders of Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ). But Barraza not only made sure the secretary got out safe and sound, he also forced Walker to sign the waiver at gunpoint.
Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) received Mariana's ( Catalina Stuardo ) deep gratitude for helping her when he didn't even know her. Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) emphasized that he is a good man who can be trusted. Barraza proposed to Vanessa that they leave the country together, but to achieve this, he first has to finish his business with Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ).
Raúl ( César Caillet ) realized that Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) will not stop until he poisons Samuel's ( Simón Beltrán ) mind . Before that happens, he has to take a very drastic measure: to get the teenager as far away as possible so that Walker cannot catch him, even if that means he himself has to separate from his son.
Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) found Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) and immediately revealed his location to the police. Despite the older Walker brother's attempt to appeal to his human side, asking him not to support Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) because he is a murderer, Barraza did not change his mind before the arrival of the authorities.
Ignacia ( Cota Castelblanco ) burst into the press conference announcing Joaquín Undurraga ( Francisco Dañobeitia ) as the new CEO of the Walker Capital Group. The young woman wasn't there to stir up controversy, but to convince her ex to let her see Berni. After getting him to lower his guard, Nacha took advantage of an opportunity to be alone in the office to review the emails Joaquín had sent.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) prepared a bouquet of roses and a ring with a diamond solitaire to look for Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) and ask her for "apologies" for everything that happened between the two. The young woman was in a very vulnerable position because her mother's bakery had burned down, her father's taxi had been stolen, and she herself had lost her job. She soon realized that Walker was behind it all and now wanted to help her by taking advantage of her desperation.
Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) managed to work with Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) long enough to realize that he is someone who cannot be trusted. For that reason, he didn't just go to get his money. Four henchmen were waiting for him outside the warehouse , and when he found himself surrounded by Félix (Matías Schudeck) and "Rucio" (Sebastián Saguz), he warned them that if they did anything to him, they would end up dead too.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) knew the assassination attempt had failed and waited for Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) to arrive. He knew his former subordinate wouldn't easily forgive this attempt. Walker sent "Rucio" (Sebastián Saguz) and Félix (Matías Schudeck) to Vanessa's ( Begoña Basauri ) apartment to use her as life insurance; Franco wouldn't touch a hair on her head if the journalist was at risk.
Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) spoke with the owner of the plot of land to find out more about the man who rented her property. This woman is in cahoots with Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ), so she didn't give him any useful information. Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) did the same from prison: with the help of a gendarme, he managed to discover that his daughter's kidnapper was a person his father met in prison and whom he himself helped to get out of prison.
Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) was racing against time to stop Franco ( Emilio Edwards ) and Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) from leaving the country. Gabriel ( Matías Oviedo ) needed some time to issue the arrest warrant against them. Then he had an idea: to talk about the beating Clemente ( Pipo Gormaz ) received the day before as if it had happened moments before . This allowed him to delay them for a few minutes.
Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ) was at the international police station when she received a call from Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) and didn't feel she had the courage to travel. She had to stay to support her friend. Knowing that Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was still harassing her was intolerable, and the two agreed to put an end to it. So, they went to Franco's ( Emilio Edwards ) apartment and retrieved a gun they would use to protect themselves and prevent other women from suffering the same fate.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) entered the room of the "gentleman" who takes care of Olga (Ana María Montaner), who turned out to be Anselmo Walker (Pepe Herrera Hormazábal), his own father. The old man is a prisoner in that house, medicated to the point where he spends more time asleep than awake. Luis Emilio will only free him when he apologizes for everything he put him through as a child , but that won't happen.
Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) declared his love to Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) and asked her to start over because with time she might see him in a different light. Jessica remained calm and, taking advantage of a moment of Walker's distraction, brought in Vanessa ( Begoña Basauri ), who pointed a gun at Luis Emilio to force him to confess on camera all the abuses he committed against them and other women.
Bastián ( Alonso Quintero ) saved Jessica ( Ignacia Sepúlveda ) when she resisted her father's advances. In the ensuing confrontation, Luis Emilio ( Alejandro Trejo ) was injured and only survived because Diana ( Nicole Espinoza ) intervened.
